Nova’s cohort program runs online for 3 weeks, starting again in June.


Our goal is to offer transformations, as you work toward your personal goals, alongside others. We will help you uncover what you want, what's holding you back, and how you can start making the progress needed today to start living a more fulfilled life tomorrow.

This is the only place of its kind where you can practice self-improvement learnings hands-on with others, to create lasting change that you can bring into the rest of your life.

I'm a Confidence Coach and the founder of Nova. I always wondered why I could go to a gym to work out my physical fitness, but I couldn't go anywhere to work out my mindset. When I was trying to pick myself back up from a low point, I wondered why I couldn't do any of the confidence exercises I was trying out alongside other people. So I created a space to make it happen, and I'm excited to have you come along on the journey!
